Fabio Nalucci, enthusiastic about innovation, has recently founded GELLIFY, an innovation platform focused on supporting and scaling new B2B ideas. The idea of Gellification of start-ups derives from the successful experience as a founder of SPSS Italia and i4C Analytics, who taught him how to be an entrepreneur in the B2B software business. Before GELLIFY, he was Sales Global Lead at Accenture Insight Platform, scaling i4C Analytics globally post Accenture acquisition in 2014.

He specialised in Software B2B and in particular in big data analytics and machine learning 12 years ago. After gaining first experience as a data scientist, he contributed to the success of start-ups that have become established internationally and to creating new data businesses in multinational managerial consulting and service companies. In February 2017, he founded GELLIFY – which was named by him – of which he is currently a Managing Partner with a focus on business development, strategy and marketing.

In the last 15 years, Gianluigi has developed deep knowledge in Information Technology, especially in decision support system software for enterprises. He founded GELLIFY in 2017, bringing his experience in creating and managing complex organisations in the consulting and innovation world. Earlier, he contributed to i4C Analytics growth, becoming Delivery Director in 2009. Post Accenture acquisition he was ICEG (Italy, Central Europe & Greece) Advanced Analytics Lead for the Energy & Utilities industry.

He obtained a degree in Communication Sciences and Technologies at the IULM University of Milan (2007) and a Master of Science in Communication & Economics, with Major in Marketing summa cum laude at the Università della Svizzera Italiana (2010).

In 2007, he attended the Summer School of the London School of Economics and the Peking University on China’s Economic Growth, International Trade and Foreign Direct Investments.

After gaining some work experience in China in the marketing sector, at the age of 24, he set up his own business focused on digital communication and crowdfunding. In 2013, he founded, alongside Andrea Landini, COPPA+LANDINI, a consulting company for design-driven innovation, which was acquired by GELLIFY in 2017.

He is co-founder of CrowdChicken, a software start-up dedicated to the no-profit sector.

His approach to consulting is oriented towards the generation of significant innovation. As a speaker and moderator, he participated in

several innovation events.

He is a Contract Professor at the IED of Rome, where he teaches Planning Methodology. In addition, he lectures at the Design Management specialisation course of Il Sole 24 Ore and in other business schools.

He is currently Managing Partner of GELLIFY and he is responsible for the Innovation Advisory and Interactive areas.

Entrepreneur, co-founder of CrowdChicken, a marketing and fundraising platform for the no-profit sector used by over 20 organisations in Italy, including Emergency, Intersos, Coopi, Terre des Hommes and Fondazione Milan, and of Coppa+Landini, a consulting firm for design-driven innovation. Managing Partner of Gellify, he has given courses and lessons at the Bocconi University of Milan, the IULM University of Milan, the Catholic University of Milan, the IED of Milan and the Università della Svizzera Italiana of Lugano. He was listed by Wired as one of the top 100 most promising young people in Italy and selected for the 2016 Wired Innovation Award.

Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, Executive Master in Technologies & Innovation Management at the Bologna Business School.

Professional experience started in Aerospace and then moved to Home Appliances, in Whirpool Corporation and Electrolux Group.

After managerial positions in Electrolux technology organisation, Lucia implemented Open Innovation strategy and then built Innovation Hub.

Now Managing Partner at GELLIFY, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Open Innovation.
